Job Description:
You will use gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) to perform accurate and precise calibration and quantification of test gases prepared for experiments from the % level to below 1 ppb in an R&D lab environment. You will assist the development, manufacturing and testing of chemical sensor arrays made by the company.
This position also requires routine QA/QC analysis of incoming gases and gas blends to verify concentration accuracy and composition purity according to specifications.
Skills and Experience:
1. Two to five years of hands-on experience with ion trap and quadrupole GC/MS instruments in an R&D environment. Experience with ThermoFinnigan ion trap GC/MS instruments (GCQ/PolarisQ) is preferred.
2. Experience with a variety of sampling techniques for the collection, storage and analysis of gas-phase samples, including gas sample bags, solid-phase thermal desorption and SPME is also required.
3. BA/BS in Chemistry or a closely related physical science; M.S. preferred.
4. Two to five years of experience with the operation and maintenance of gas preconcentrators, headspace autosamplers, and solid-phase thermal desorption units.

You will interact with chemists and circuit design group, perform failure/defect analysis, fabricate and integrate devices, test and debug electronic circuits. Our client would like a candidate with an M.S., Ph.D., EE, ECE or equivalent. Job Description:
Perform day to day operation and support of advanced wafer processing equipment; assist in data acquisition and analysis; and participate in selected research projects to ensure contractual deliverables are met. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for process development and characterization of CVD and ALD thin film processes, test structure and methodology development for baseline qualification, process qualification, and reliability studies for a number of microelectronic devices. The process development activities will focus on thin film deposition, but may also involve photolithography, photoresist processing, wet processing, and plasma etching.

Candidates must have a B.S. Theoretical Chemistry and Molecular Physics Group is seeking candidates to study electronic structure, optical response, and transport properties of isolated and communicating quantum dots and quantum dot/polymer composites. The postdoctoral project will involve development of solid state and quantum chemical methods, numerical and analytical modeling of fundamental electronic processes on nanometer lengthscale, and assumes an active collaboration with the experimental quantum-dot group in the Chemistry Division.
Skills and Experience:
Required skills are a strong background in computational chemistry, condensed matter theory, and nonlinear spectroscopy is required. The ability to work creatively and independently is very important. Experience in code development and familiarity with commercial quantum-chemical software is desired. Experience in working with an experimental group is a plus. A Ph.D. completed within the last five years is also required.

Start-up experience with commercial sensor devices is preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills, able to interact with R & D members, sensor engineers and other staff at all levels. Solid business acumen with the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical management as well as a willingness to make senior management aware of alternative solutions including degree of risks and costs.

Job Description:
Our client is expanding their testing capacity and now are searching for an engineer or scientist with significant experience in electrochemical testing of solid oxide fuel cells. Candidate will design and operate test apparatus for testing performance of component SOFC materials, perform long-term testing of large area cells and/or short stacks, and report high quality data. Engineer will work with fuel cell team and outside collaborators to assist with results interpretation and proposal generation.
Skills and Experience:
Experience with furnace design, materials development, ceramic processing or seal technologies will be viewed favorably. Candidate will hold a BS or MS degree in electrochemistry or chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering with 3-10 years experience in related fields.
